  • Free Replacement Guarantee

    • If your order arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item was shipped, we will provide a brand-new replacement free of charge.

    • You do not need to return the defective product.

  • How to Request a Replacement

    1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via Messenger or Instagram.

    2. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.

    3. Our support team will verify the details and arrange a free replacement shipment.
